Macros are a useful tool.. They can be used to create simple repeatable processes or more complex ones. The key being, a macro repeats a process over and over again on command.

Think of an example when you used (or could have used) excel macros for work or school. Are there any repeatable processes that you could create a macro for. Explain and walk me through an example.

-maybe printing a set range

-maybe sorting and carving up data

-maybe combining data from multiple workbooks etc.

Explain how the macro (did or) would have saved time, improve efficiency and reduce errors.
