Madam Wang was a 64-year-old lady who had been diagnosed with blood cancer.

She was hospitalised in a private healthcare facility for more than two years until her

death last month. During her time in hospital, a nurse called Aida was assigned to

take care of Madam Wang.

After Madam Wang's death, her son Wee Lee discovered that his mother had sold

her house to Aida for RM25,000. Wee Lee believed that his mother had not made

the contract voluntarily and decided to challenge the validity of the sale.
