Maharanee Sdn. Bhd was incorporated with the object of manufacturing and

selling kitchen cabinets and "other related profitable business activities". The company's directors have recently decided to expand its business into housing development on a parcel of land that the company owns. Maharanee Sdn. Bhd then entered into an agreement with Mr. Too, a general contractor and supplier of building materials.
