Workers at the plant,particularly the clerical personelin then wooden office trailer only $50$ yards away from that tower,must have known of those leaks and fires and the danger to their safety,but apparently said nothing. Why was that? Had you been an office worker in that trailer,would you have voiced your concerns? How would you have done so to be effective?
