MAINTENANCE PLAN - PROJECT Develop a maintenance plan for an Industrial Facility in the following conditions: 1) Within the idealized installation, equipment that will go through Maintenance must be highlighted. Preventive, Predictive and Corrective, with justifications for the use of each of the types for certain equipment. 2) Equipment for which Modifying Maintenance and a modification suggestion is already indicated must be highlighted. 3) Equipment that must be replaced must be highlighted, within the considered industrial structure. 4) Inventory management must be considered in order to guarantee the development of the suggested maintenance. 5. The impacts of maintenance for production must be considered and presented, as well as a production control proposal must be developed to minimize losses due to stoppages. 6. The critical factors for the development of maintenance activities must be presented and opportunities for improvement, within the loop (PDCA). Remark: A real or theoretically idealized model can be used.
