MAJOR PROJECT

Choose a learning experience (type of training) that could be used at an organization that you are familiar with. Describe to me:

• The nature of the learning experience (what is the actual training itself? What are the desired outcomes of your training, and how will the training be delivered?)

Then Develop an evaluation tool (level 1-4) for each level. In addition to submitting the evaluation tool, Include:

• The rationale for the tool (why did you choose it?)
• How you plan to administer the tool or roll it out
