Identifycurrent appropriate transition services based on legislative guidelinesneeded by the child/student and family from early childhood through adulthood including skill based and work based services. Ex. Early Development Network f. Become familiar withcurrent practices, policies, procedures and guidelinesfor providing transition services to meet the requirements for regulations associated with Part C: IDEA, disabilities and current legislative guidelines. g. Examinecurrent, relevant inclusive practices and transition servicesassociated with Special Education and CTE in your school, community, region, and state. - Include any examples of documents or forms used for the special services or programs. h.
