I currently work in different areas of the field, primarily organizational behavior management and supervision, but I also practice clinically in training teachers and parents of children diagnosed with developmental disabilities. I love coffee, and as a fun side project, I created a company called Operant Coffee where we disseminate behavior analysis facts on our coffee labels! I have also embarked on my own educational journey and started completing a doctoral degree in machine learning and behavior analysis. In my spare time, I enjoy running and hanging out with my two dogs and husband! I am excited to teach you this quarter, and I am hoping that by the end of the quarter you will have gained knowledge in a different aspect of ABA, as well as develop an interest in the field. I hope that I can share my personal experience in the field to illustrate how board certified behavior analysts use these skills every day in our practice
