Find a real situation where fraud was committed within the last 10 years and address the following questions in your presentation.

A.Give a complete but brief history of the company or firm.

a.Identify the name of thecompany( Toshiba accounting Fraud) or entity where the fraud was committed andgive some background information aboutthe business or entity.Give as much nformation as possible about the beginning history of the entity and the type ofbusiness the entity is involved in conductingKeep the information relevant.

B.Discuss the details of the fraudthat was committed including

b.Discuss when, where and how the fraud was committed, Include the fraud triangle.

c.List and Discuss all other parties involved in the fraud.

d. Discuss how the fraud was discovered and here again list all the people involvedin helping to uncover the fraud, also include the amount that was taken

e.Finally, discuss how the fraud was resolved and what happened to the personwho committed the fraud as well as the other people involved

C.Discuss two preventive controls that were missing in the entity which resulted in the fraud taking place.

D.In addition to any controls that wereused to discover the fraud, discuss two additional detective controls that would have helped to discover the fraud sooner or controls that would correct current controls that did not work

E. Discuss the components of the Fraud Triangle as it relates to your fraud incident.

F. Identify and discuss two Red Flags that were present but ignored in the entity

G. Discuss the presence of any Enterprise Level Controls

in the company andtell me what two missing Enterprise Controls would have been helpful.

H. Discuss the presence of any information Technology (IT) General controls in place and tell me what two IT controls would have been helpful
