Make a program in python to generate random Powerball numbers, and also calculate the probability of matching all numbers.

Powerball rule: Select 5 numbers from 1 to 69 for the white balls. The sequence of those 5 numbers does not matter, but those numbers do not repeat. Then select one number from 1 to 26 for the red Powerball. The red ball could be the same of any of white balls.
