Make a sample schedule for typical week of your life. On a calendar for one week, list everything that you have to do (like work, go to class, take your grandmother shopping, pick up your little brother from elementary school, etc.) and everything that you want to do. Then, observe where the available time is, and schedule some time to study and some time for yourself. . Look over your schedule. Briefly write a journal entry in which you compare what your week feels like as you live it to what your life looks like on a schedule. Is there time for everything? Is studying going to suffer because there isnt adequate time for it? What, if anything, on your schedule could you do without? What would change if you had to live your life (or one week of your life) without that activity? (Minimum 500 words).

Remember, students are recommended to study 2 hours for every 1 hour they are in class. For example if you are taking a 3 unit class, you are in class for 3 hours per week. You are recommended to study for at least 6 hours per week for the 3 hours you are in class (2:1 ratio)
