Make an Unsolicited proposal

Your submission for the Unsolicited Proposals Report needs to include the following:

-definition of unsolicited proposals

-the name of the Government Organization (including the website) of the unsolicited proposal form

-a list of the primary sections to be included in the unsolicited proposal

-the function of each of the primary sections to be included in the unsolicited proposal (analyze and summarize)

-description of how the proposals are evaluated

-compare and contrast the unsolicited proposal form with an unsolicited proposal form from one of the government unsolicited proposal forms
