2) Take notes and rewatch it as often as you like.
He makes 10 points about spirituality

▪ List / summarize them in a numbered list below (don’t repeat everything he had to say for each one, just summarize the main concept)

3) Pick your top 3 (most interesting or thought-provoking) 

▪ List them below

▪ Then, beneath each one of your top three choices, respond to the following in complete sentences:
1) Why was this important to me, or why did it catch my attention?
2) What would I like to learn more about in relation this area? Why?
3) What implication does this have for my definition of wellbeing?

4) In light of what you have just learned, write or rewrite your definition of spirituality (summarize as best you can in 25-50 words).
