make something similar to this Reflecting on this past week of clinicals, I thought this week was very productive. One of the highlights from this week was seeing myself making progress. When I learn new things, I also become more confident in my abilities, and this helps my performance improve, I see improvement with SOAP notes in timely maneuvers .
