- ZOOM + New Jersey Entertainment Standard Contract This is a legally binding contract that will become final within three business days. Photography and Recording rights states as follows: Spectators are allowed to enter venue with cell phones and standard cameras so long as flash is disabled. 5. Venues policy on sales of shirts, posters, and memorabilia states as follows: 25% of all sales occurring at concert will be awarded to entertainer. 6. Sound and lighting will be provided by venue at entertainers request of company being used. Operator of lighting and sound will also be provided. 7. Insurance and Security will be provided for 48 hours beginning on July 14,2012 at 2 pm and ending on July 15, 2012 at 12 pm. I agree to abide by all areas of this contract, and understand that breach of contract will result in financial losses of $28, 000.
