Q3) Andrew drew a cheque in favour of Raja for RM1, 000. While writing the cheque,

he received a call from his mother, and he forgot to sign the cheque. When Raja

received the cheque from Andrew, he forged the signature of Andrew and went to

the bank to cash the cheque. The bank made the payment on the cheque to Raja.

Advise Andrew whether he could sue the bank to recover the money debited from

his account.
