Amran makes an offer to buy Badri antique's car for the price of RM50,000. Badri seems not interested with Amran's offer where the car is his favourite collection. Few days later, Amran went to Badri's house to ask his answer in which Badri has refused towards Amran's offer. Amran feels so angry and he said that he will throw the paint to Badri's car. Badri feels scared with Amran's statement and he immediately accepts Amran's offer. Badri wishes to refuse to honour the contract. Advise Badri on whether the contract can be dishonoured under any grounds under the law of contract. (20 marks)
