Mama Idriisa is a successful trader in Kisenyi,Uganda and has been bed ridden for a period of 6 months. She believes its witchcraft. She has been advised to seek medical treatment in Canada as witchcraft cannot be performed abroad. Rukundo has been taking care of her while she was bed ridden. She has now concluded her plans to travel to Dubai for only two weeks. In anticipation of death looming, she decides to give Rukundo her brand new Lamborghini as a gift. She is also afraid she is in her last days and may not recover. She secretly decides to create a trust over her plot of land in Kamwokya, her anticipated damages in Civil Suit No. 001 of 2021 once finally decided, and UGX 500,000,000 held in an account in Centenary Bank. She appoints her good friend Rukundo and brother, Oulanya as the trustees, to appoint any one of her loving children as beneficiaries under the trust and give whatever proportions they think would be appropriate to her children. Upon her departure, Mama IDriisa's 34-year-old daughter, Mundua immediately calls upon Oulanya to deliver up her portion of the trust as per the terms of Mama Idriisa's Declaration. She also furnishes Mama IDriisa's will, showing that she is entitled to some other property. Oulanya discovers that some of the property he is holding on trust is left to him under the will. Upon consulting BBJ&Associates, they advise him to transfer that property left to him under the will into his name and protect it from the likes of Mundua.
