Identify the predecessors using the WBS provided identify milestones: Milestones are "markers\" that help us determine if we are on track with getting the work done as planned. They signify the completion of a major deliverable. In determining your milestones, think about the work you would want to celebrate with your team and the communications you would want to have with stakeholders about major accomplishments. Assign each task to a resource: Assigning resources helps us ensure we have clear roles and responsibilities on our project. This is critical in getting work done. Assume you have a team of at least 5 people. Create a resource pool using fictitious names, determine their capacity for the project, assume a reasonable hourly rate and assign these people to all the deliverables in the schedule.
