ORO There are three steps to Performance Management: 1. Identify and describe the key processes used in your business. 2. Measure the performance of your key processes. You need to be able to evaluate them to determine whether they are operating effectively and efficiently. 3. Improve the performance of your key processes. Based on what you learn from evaluation of your performance measures, identify and implement changes to those processes to improve their performance.
