Managers encourage employees to do misleading activities such as speak falsehood and deceive customers which is clearly visible in the statement in the case " Sales are everything" wherein an opponent team headed by Ben had been complaining that the managers are motivating employees to speak lie and also cheat customers. This is clearly an issue of Situational factors wherein employees are cheered up to lie to customers and violate regulations and this leads to extreme pressure on employees which forces them to go on a stress leave as they are not able to make a sale on every call.
