How should leaders approach the change to minimize resistance? Consider the change models e.g. Lewin, Kotter, McKinsey 7S, ADKAR - how might they help minimize resistance and help implementation? Think about the potential resistance you identified in the Culture section. What problem solving tools would you be able to make use of when there is a resistance to a change. (eg, a change to install swipe access to monitor Time and Attendance).
