Managing Systems Projects

One way to learn in the creation of a new system is to learn what NOT to do during the development of the system. This assignment will require you to search for information on failed systems and analyze the conditions that created the situation. Perform a search using your favorite internet search engine on "failed systems development projects," without the quotes. You should have at least 3 sources for this assignment, but you can use more if you find additional articles, etc. to be interesting and informative. Using proper grammar, sentence structure, and spelling, address the following questions/statement below. Please limit the amount of 'fluff' and give detail when addressing each. You should be able to frame your answer using your knowledge gained from modules 1 and 2 of the course.

1. What was the common issue(s) or fault(s) discovered in the resources you used? Again, please give detail. You should answer this question using at least 5 to 7 sentences, one paragraph.
2. What are the unique or different issues you discovered per resource or company used? One paragraph should be used here too.
3. Selecting one issue or one company, how would you fix this issue or the issues experienced with one company's failed system? You may need to write several paragraphs to answer this question. Your answer is an opinion, but should be grounded in the knowledge you have learned in modules 1 and 2 of the course.

You answers should be record in a paragraph form in a Word document. You should use headers per question to help identify the question you are addressing. Formatting is important. Once you have addressed each of the questions, save your document and then submit for grading using this link.
