Many argue that the prominent change in bankruptcy code as of recent, that being that people must pay at least some of their debt before they file bankruptcy. I think this helps prevent people from accruing large amounts of debt they don't intend to payoff and then abusing the bankruptcy system. Do you feel like this change is both a pro and a con?
