Many business organizations are promoting diversity because of its likely benefits for business performance in this era of globalization. Resources are invested in recruiting a diverse workforce. However, many organizations fail to leverage the benefits of such a workforce or are unable to retain those global talents. Business presses (e.g., Forbes) and consultancy firms (e.g.. Deloitte) have suggested that organizations are unlikely to capitalize on the benefits of a diverse workforce without an inclusive environment.
