Many companies are service operations that do not sell a physical product, select a service company and describe the process of creation the master budget (refer to below figure). How would the budget process for the service company differ from a manufacturing company? Be specific.

As i know production Budget is not valid for service companies. so how labor/employee cost for who providing the service will be considered and for which budget ?
