• A subjective term for which each person has his or her own definition
• Non-faulty systems
• Fitness for use
• Conformance to requirements (versus non-conformance)
• Keywords, including customer determination, actual experience, requirements, technically operational, and entirely subjective

Collaborate in your team discussion area to review definitions of quality, associate each with its author (one of the thought leaders in quality management), and achieve a consensus on how your team would rank the definitions in order of accuracy.
