Many firms, in addition to Johnson & Johnson and HP, are very proactive in terms of social responsibility initiatives.  Please search the web and find at least three additional examples of firms that are heavily involved in social responsibility initiatives.  These initiatives are often referred to in a company's home page on the Internet.
