1) Review the case details (via documentary clips, news articles and other relevant academic sources). Also review other examples around the country and begin to formulate a professional opinion regarding this issue.

2) Think from a risk management approach. Explain how the Public Prosecution Service/Police/Correction Institution handled the issue.

Consider such issues as safety and security. Also, consider the fundamental Charter Rights and freedoms

3) From a risk management perspective, what would be your recommendation(s) to improve the system so that this type of situation does not occur again.
