Many of you heard that in the Kyle Rittnehousetrial, the judge did not allow the prosecutor to refer to the people Mr. Rittenhouseshot as "victims." While this caused a lot of media attention, this is not uncommon in trials all overthe country.

Why is the prosecutor sometimes prevented from using the term "victim?" Do you agree or disagree with such a rule -- why or why not?
