Similarly, these organizations recognize that it is necessary for all managers to participate in certain activities related to human resources. Some of those activities are: interviewing job candidates, orienting new workers, evaluating employee performance, and being part of a plan to develop employees so they can grow in the organization. Through the development of this work, we will be able to capture the aforementioned in the creation of our business called Movil Beauty Studio.

Mobile Beauty Studio Mission: We are changing the game with well-designed mobile beauty salons that everyone can enjoy. Designed to fit your lifestyle, we offer you an easy way to experience haircuts from some of the best barbers and stylists.

Vision: To be the number one beauty salon in all of Puerto Rico, committed to providing the best quality standards that exceed expectations, innovating day by day to provide you with maximum satisfaction. Company Description: We live in a very busy society. People no longer want to do things that take a long time since their time is limited. The vast majority of people like to look good, but not all of them like to drive a car to a barbershop/salon. Others do not go simply because of the availability of the place. That is why "Movil Beauty Studio" was born. A room on wheels that can be positioned in an advantageous location for everyone. That it can move to different locations attracting different types of customers from many parts, not just a neighborhood or sector.

In a world where "Movil Beauty Studio" is always innovating, it is not far behind. We want to change the norm and routine of a barbershop. The implementation of new technologies is essential for the business to promote the accessibility of the business. This new technology is a system through an application to see availability and make appointments without the need to call or go directly to the barbershop. This would help both the customer and the employee since the customer does not have to spend gas, this also avoids interruptions to the employee giving him more time to finish and serve even more customers.

The 3 positions that we offer in the company are:

Hair Stylist - Job Description and Responsibilities: We are looking for a certified hair stylist for cutting and styling hair and possibly other grooming services. His primary responsibility is to improve the cosmetic appeal and health of his client's hair.

Body Tattooist: We are looking for a qualified tattooist to create high-quality tattoos for our clients. A tattoo artist's responsibilities include consulting clients, designing tattoos specifically according to their ideas, conducting allergy tests, and disinfecting the work area immediately after each tattoo. You must also be able to sterilize all non-disposable tattoo equipment between tattoo applications.

Nail Technician: We are seeking to provide cleaning services for our clients' nails. They are well trained in the filling, cleaning and grooming, and all types of nail care. They can work in salons, nail studios, and spas, or be self-employed. Her responsibilities include providing high-quality manicures and pedicures, applying artificial nails, and recommending different nail designs and designs to clients. Additionally, they advise clients on proper nail care and provide quality hand and foot massages. Additionally, they ensure that nailing tools and equipment are sanitized and that workstations are clean and tidy. Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa, including scheduling appointments, client communications, and balancing daily deposits.

Quality of work: customer satisfaction and error patterns in the service offered is also evaluated. Efficiency: the time invested in the service offered to each client is measured versus the time that we have stipulated in the business for each service (customer waiting time).

Strategies to carry out the performance evaluation process: As a strategy, to evaluate the employees they will have the opportunity to carry out a self-assessment with guiding questions (before presenting their performance evaluation). The self-assessment will be part of what we will be considered for the performance appraisal. Feedback on the employee's performance will also be sought from coworkers and regular customers.

Career plan for contracted employees: We have a development plan that is discussed annually with each employee. The objective eventually is to promote to the next level the employee who has demonstrated through his performance the fulfillment of business goals. We also have a succession plan, which will allow employees to develop and become certified in different tasks and at the same time provide flexibility to the business. It is a way to plan for the future, as we may also have employees who resign or retire.

Regardless of whether or not a business decides to implement high-performance labor practices, there are some of these from the human resources aspect that must be done to ensure that the business has qualified personnel to carry out the work required. We can conclude that the human resources of an organization can be an important source of competitive advantage. Achieving competitive success through people requires a change in the way managers view their employees and their working relationship with them. As can be seen, the implementation of a mobile beauty salon applying the concepts and strategies that we have learned in class, we understand that this business is feasible. It has a very attractive market to address, a growing trend for the adoption of these services, a recruiting plan, and strategies to measure the execution, development, and growth of its employees.
