Businesses refuse to hire and are rapid to fire those accused in fear of lawsuits, damaged reputations, and compromised profits. CEOs, news anchors, teachers, software developers, politicians, and every day workers have had to defend themselves in the eye of accusations. Some have not even had the opportunity to defend before being fired or denied employment. 1. What does this say about our legal system?
