Many things affect the budget bottom line in the EVS area. Weather, flooding, power failures and of course as we have all seen Pandemics are just a few 'emergencies' that can change the bottom line. We have seen many shortages throughout this Pandemic including, staff and toilet paper to name two. What are the budgetary implications of emergencies and how have material shortages changed the bottom line in the EVS department.  What are your thoughts on it?
