Many university students found the experience of online learning to be very different from the learning they experienced in a traditional classroom. While there are many personal and social factors that influence our ability to learn, one significant factor is the degree of communication channel richness. Reflect on your online learning experience this semester, and discuss two (2) communication channels that were used to transmit and receive information related to your class (es).
