[Marbury v Madison] In their judicial review, the Justices of the United States Supreme Court are required to set aside legislative acts that violate the Constitution. Do you believe the Justices can do that without interjecting their political philosophies of what the Constitution means or what they think it is supposed to mean? In other words, is it possible for them to be neutral arbiters of the law?
