Maria Pirelli works in partnership with her cousin Rosa Martini. They are accountants. They operate the accounting partnership out of leased premises in Haberfield. Rosa got married last December and has talked about not being sure what to do after she gets married. Their business lease was due to be renewed in February 2014. In January 2014, Maria's boyfriend Ricardo suggested to Maria that she should start seeing clients at her home in Leichhardt, this having two offices to operate from, and that he will act as her assistant in the Leichhardt office for a 50% share in the profits. In February 2014, Maria renegotiated the renewal of the Haberfield business lease in her name alone. Maria also told Rosa's clients that Rosa is leaving and so they should start to come to Maria and Ricardo instead, at Leichardt or Haberfield. Soon many of Rosa's best clients are visiting the Leichhardt office for their accounting needs. Rosa has just returned from her long honeymoon.
