Marianne and her family are on vacation in New Mexico. She buys a very expensive turquoise and gold bracelet for her daughter, Ana, from "Tom's Old Gold Shop" in Santa Fe. Two months later, while at home back in Miami, Ana shows her mother that her wrist is turning green from the bracelet. Marianne quickly realizes the "gold" bracelet is not solid gold but gold-plated nickel, and she hires a lawyer to sue Tom in Miami. Tom moves to dismiss, stating that he is not a resident, nor does he do business in, Florida. Who will win on the motion, and why?
