Marion takes her job very seriously. She owns Marion Enterprises, a Melbourne business that manufactures exclusive furniture made to order, targeting the rich and famous. She has worked very hard to grow the business. Despite all the money Marion is making in the business, she is not able to establish meaningful relationships as she is always working, and she gets very lonely sometimes. As Marion is getting on in age she needs help with running her business. Marion has a niece Natalia who is an accountant who worked for an accounting practice in Perth. Marion asks Natalia to move over to Melbourne and help her run Marion Enterprises. Marion promises Natalia that she would give Natalia 50% of her business, Marion Enterprises, if Natalia works for her for 2 years. Natalia is in a serious relationship with Marco, who also works in Perth. Marco does not want to relocate to Melbourne. Because Marco refuses to relocate, Natalia and Marco's relationship breaks down, and Marco starts a new relationship with another woman. Natalia sells her flat, quits her job and moves to Melbourne to start a new life with her aunt. After seven months together, the relationship between Natalia and Marion breaks down and Marion throws Natalia out of her house and business. Natalia is angry as she has lost everything.

REQUIRED: Advise Natalia whether she can successfully sue Marion under contract law principles, using relevant case law to back up your arguments.
