To supplement his income, he took the habit to sell illegaldrugs to some of the customers, while on duty; One night, during oneof his regular shifts at the main floor, he slips a bag of illegal pills to aregular customer who paid him $200 dollars.However, after taking the pills and because of the psychotropiceffects of the drugs, the customer loses his balance, falls from thelounging areas of the upper floor, and hits his head. The resulting headtrauma causes him a permanent disability.The customer sues the nightclub for the damages and for theloss of future income since he can no longer work.The customer also sues Mark Richards for breach of contract,claiming the drug he bought was not what he paid for.
