Mark runs GreenTech Ltd, a small consultancy that advises companies on renewable energy schemes. On Tuesday 1st March 2022 he sees a call for proposals on a government website: Grants of up to 25,000 available for small firms working in the renewable energy sector. If you're working in a small business, you are eligible. Apply before 11th March 2022. Mark immediately calls the phone number provided and speaks to a funding adviser. He explains that GreenTech has three employees. The adviser tells him that the company can apply for up to 10,000 and confirms that the deadline for applications is Friday 11th March. Mark eagerly agrees to send an application and says 'I'll do everything I can to get the paperwork to you on time. Following instructions on the website, he completes and signs the application form and posts it on 5th March to the address provided. His letter arrives at the funding agency on Monday 14th March.

Q. Advise Mark. By applying the rules about offer and acceptance, reach a conclusion about whether the funding agency is required to review his application. Does GreenTech have the right to be considered for (a) a 25,000 award and/ or (b) a 10,000 award or (c) neither? You may assume that the website's small print contains no relevant additional terms.
