1. the Yasa company is having some marketing difficulties selling the jewelry its manufactured in iran while competing with foreign companies.
2. what can innovative idea do u have that Yasa could do to expand its markets and even create new markets in iran and could sell new kinds of jewelry and luxurious items. Yasa is currently in the business of creating rings, bracelets, necklesses and amulets, earings, anklet, and armlets.
3. Yasa barely does any exporting of jewelry and has been facing some difficulties expanding its markets to foreign countries, what do you think would help Yasa in penetrating foreign markets and expanding its markets.

YASA when competing in the local market has the advantage of the design over other foreign competitors. YASA based in IRAN must know about the design requirements and the type of jewellery, people prefer there. All these factors need to be brought in, to excel in Iran. Being a local company, the advertisements should be targeted in Persian language, so that their products reach to each and every part of Iran. Marketing jewellery is not difficult and you have various events organized all round the year, where your products can be promoted; events such as Clothing exhibitions, Jewellery exhibitions, etc. While buying jewellery, the cost making is an important factor, which the customer considers. Initially, the making charges should be either less or waived off for customers with huge orders. Another marketing strategy would be to hire an actress to endorse YASA. The photograph of the actress should consist of important jewellery which YASA sells. This type of marketing attracts the crowd following the actress.
Once YASA is done establishing itself, properly in Iran, it can then start thinking of exporting its products outside the country. First Iran can target countries having the same background as theirs. This will make them feel that the design is related to them and would be attracted towards it. Other factor, is to tie-up with local jewelers in different countries, who can promote and sell YASAs products. YASA may also try providing franchises in other countries.
