marshall was concerned about recent events at his workplace he noticed that stress levels were increasing amongst staff and several employees had been screaming and yelling at their fellow coworkers most recently he also had caught employees throwing pens and other office objects at their coworkers in anger as the manager of the human resource department he considered his options to intervene
