Martha Stewart, Americas most popular homemaker got into a controversy wherein she was accused of insider trading after she sold her shares from ImClone before the day when the prices of the share dropped. Martha through her broker was allegedly called up by his friend Sam Waksal a CEO from ImClone. The case against Martha Stewart of fraud was dismissed still Martha Stewart is suffering caused by the case of obstruction of justice and hiding the fact from the investigators that led to her punishment including of being imprisoned for several months.
