June 5th. Sonia accepts the offer on June 5 at 04:30 pm but sends her reply to an incorrect email address. Not having heard form Sonia, in a telephone conversation on June 6 Martin agrees to sell his property to Joshua but then, in response to an offer, from Abigail brought to him by an Estate agent, the next day, using a standard Estate Agent's contract, for $100,000.00 more, Martin signs the contract to sell to Abigail .
