Martin S. Albert is 39 years old and is married to Michele R. Albert (Social Security number 123-00-6789), age 38. The Alberts live at 512 Ferry Road, Newport News, VA 23601. They file a joint return and have two children, Charlene, age 15, and Jordan, age 20. Charlene's Social Security number is 123-00-6788, and Jordan's social security number is 123-00-6646. The children lived with the Alberts the entire year and were full-time students. 5. Martin paid $6,600 alimony to his former wife, Rose T. Morgan (ss number 123-45-6786). The divorce was finalized in 2015.

6. Martin and Michele received a 1098 from Bank of Virginia indicating they paid $12,500 in mortgage interest on their home. See attached form 1098.

7. The Alberts paid $3,700 in Real Estate taxes on their income

8. Martin and Michele paid cash contributions to the church totaling $4,800

9. The Alfred's all had health insurance coverage for the entire year.
