Mary is about to leave for a wonderful Caribean cruise from Metro Airport. She goes through TSA security and is waiting at her terminal when she realizes that her little lamb has gone missing and begins to search each terminal for her. A security guard walks up to her and asks her if he can ask her a few questions. She agrees and is escorted to a security office where the officer locks the door behind her and begins asking her questions for so long that she misses her flight. Outraged, she contacts an attorney the next day and sues for false imprisonment. Assuming no other facts, is she likely to win?
