Mary operates a convenience store, "Mary's Shoppe". It has become a hangout for teenagers. She notified Frank, who approached Shelley and said in a loud voice and an accusing tone, "Come here. I've got a few questions to ask you." I'll smack you silly!" At that point, Frank lunged at Shelley in an attempt to restrain her. He grabbed her arm, but she managed to wrestle free and run out of the store.
