HCBA 3101 CONTEMPORARY MANAGEMENT ASSIGNMENT The following information is available on a management project: Suppose a project comprises seven activities: A,B,C,D, E, F and G. A and B have no preceding activities, but activity C requires that activity B must be completed before it can begin. Activity D and E cannot start until activity A is completed. Activity F requires activity D to be completed. Lastly activity G requires both activities D and E to be completed before it can start. Temporary casuals can be hired at Ksh 500 per day.
