Patrick Felson runs his own real estate business and booked a seminar through Matrix Resourcing due to run in Melbourne December 2021 by an expert from the UK at a cost of $4000. After Patrick agreed to the contract he is told that the seminar may need to be rescheduled to a different time and venue.
