Matt has a problem with Erectile Dysfunction and it has affected his sexual relationship with women. His wife left him because he 'couldn't get it up'. Matt has been single for 2 years now and is afraid to have sex with women who he goes on dates with. Therefore, he turns to prostitutes in order to meet his sexual needs. He also doesn't use condoms with Prostitutes because condoms only increases his ED issues. Matt has a good relationships with his family. He is also well-known in the community as a good attorney and is well-respected in his work environment. Matt takes pride in getting his law degree. Matt, however, lives in Rural George in which sex is not supposed to be discussed and prostitution is deeply frowned upon. His family loves him but he grew up in a Christian Conservative household and was taught sex is only to occur in marriages so he feels bad for hiring prostitutes and can't talk to his family about his sexual needs. However, he just found out he now has an Sexually Transmitted Disease and calls you in Crisis as his therapist and doesn't know what to do.
